NEveggie Energy Balls

Hi guys

On an average day I spend around ten hours on the go, by 4pm most days I need a little boost, and these fruity, nut and seed balls are perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up. These little snacks are sweet, sticky and full of protein, perfect for getting you through the rest of the day.
On top of that they are super easy to make.

Ingredients
1 cup dates
1 cup cranberries, dried
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup cashews
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup

Coating
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds
Sesame seeds

Method
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until chopped and combined.
Take small amounts of mixture and shape into balls
Roll the balls in the seed mixture and place in the fridge for an hour to set.
Once refrigerated you can wrap them individually in foil and pop back into the fridge until you're ready to eat them.

If you make these then please use #neveggie on Twitter or Instagram so I can see what you have made. Also check out NEveggie on Facebook. Thanks for reading, see you again soon.
